Social Injustice

Social Injustice

Blond hair gleaming next to black. Long pale fingers intertwining with tan ones. Two faces smile at each other, whispering to each other. The two walk away, faces aglow. Two in love, unashamed of it.

Harry seethed. Draco was his, damnit, and to hell with keeping up appearances. He was tired of watching him with Pansy during the day, and was starting to disbelieve Draco’s murmured assurances at night. It was time for an ultimatum – Harry or Pansy, not both. If Harry laid up nights when Draco was “unavailable” hoping Draco’d choose him, well, Draco didn’t need to know that.

Once Upon A Time

Rating: PG
Notes: Dark, a little angsty

Once Upon A Time

There was a time when Draco thought he could have anything he wanted. His father, although at times cold and distant, refused to see his heir with anything but the best. And everyone wanted to be friends with a Malfoy.

There was a time when Draco thought he could be anything he wanted. He spent hours sunk in dreams of saving the world, becoming Minister of Magic, winning the World Cup for England, and receiving Witch Weekly’s Most Charming Smile award.

Draco remembers these thoughts, and smiles sardonically through the blinding pain of a snake and a skull burning black on his arm.

Draco ♥ Harry

Rating: PG-13 for sexual references
Notes: I actually like this one! And sorry for the very long wait!

Draco ♥ Harry

Draco loved Harry. Really he did. It was just, Oliver had such nice muscles, and Blaise was so dark and mysterious, and even Weasley – with feet those size, who knew what he was hiding? And Harry had been gone for months and no one knew where he was. Draco refused to believe that Harry was never coming back, but, well, Draco had needs – enough to share, certainly. So he hoped that Harry would understand, understand that just because he loved the way Finnigan did – Oh, that– didn’t mean that he loved Finnigan. Perhaps Harry, wherever he was now, would understand.

What Friends Are For

Author: Aidenfire
Rating: G
Notes: MWPP era. I don't actually like this one very much. I don't think I managed to convey the feelings I wanted. I think I tried to put too much action

What Friends Are For

Remus sighed. It was full moon again. He’d have to think of another lie to tell his friends. Remus hated lying to them, but there was no choice. He heard a Snuff. He looked up to see a dog standing by his bed. Where had it come from? He started to walk carefully past it, only to stop dead. A huge elk stood in front of him. With…a rat on its back? Suddenly the dog was gone, and Sirius was standing in its place. “Not this time mate. You’re not sneaking off alone. We know. And we’re coming with you.”

What Matters Most

Harry walks into the changing room. He’d been practicing by himself. It is late. Malfoy is standing at Harry’s locker, facing away from Harry. He doesn’t hear Harry come in.

“Malfoy! What are you doing?” Guiltily, Draco drops Potter’s shirt. Potter seems to be waiting for a reply. Draco doesn’t have one. He doesn’t know what he is doing himself, except for an inexplicable urge to smell what had been tantalizing him for weeks – the scent of Potter. But how could he explain that? Draco smiles.

Later, feeling decidedly afterglow-y, Harry decides it doesn’t really matter what Draco’d been doing.

What's In A Name

Rating: G, PG, nothing you couldn't read aloud at the dinner table
Warnings: None, really, except for maybe a little angst
Drabble {100 words}

What's In A Name

When he was younger, Regulus pronounced his name like regular. And he was regular. He played with his laughing older brother, and listened to Sirius complain about prejudice and their mother. Then Sirius became a Gryffindor, and when Regulus became a Slytherin, he found Gryffindors had nothing to do with Slytherins. For the first time he truly heard the words of his mother, words about mudbloods and purebloods. He began to pronounce his name like regal. He began to think of himself as royalty. Regulus was now too regal to talk to those below him -- filthy muggle-lovers like his brother.
